I 15 can be pretty bad around the nh area, but 805 is bad all along and 5 is nearly as bad a parking lot at the same times 805 is.

There are 2 entrances onto the 805 in that area that serve everyone who works near utc and miramar, the la jolla village/miramar and the nobel entrance about a half mile down.
